(Ep. 2) GUIDED PRACTICE: Somatic Mindfulness for Improving Interoception

Join Oliver in a transformative 10-minute somatic mindfulness practice designed to enhance interoceptive awareness. This practice involves guiding participants to tune into their body's physical sensations and provides tools such as a downloadable word bank to help identify and explore various bodily feelings.
The session begins with finding a comfortable position, followed by exercises to move attention inward and explore sensations through breath and movement. The goal is to build self-trust and increase awareness of internal body sensations, ultimately improving overall well-being.
